Checking your web position is a very time consuming task. For example, if you have 10 keywords that you want to monitor, and you want to check the top 20 positions for 10 search engines, you need to perform about 200 (10 keywords * 10 search engines * first 2 pages) individual searches to get the results. Then you need to compare the results one by one to find where your site is positioned. It may take you days to check the rankings if you do this manually.
Project Manager
The Project Manager allows you to see an overview of all the projects created along with statistical data. For each project you can get detailed information such as reports, scheduled tasks, notes, events, etc..
User Profiles
Are there multiple users running against the same shared database in your organisation? That is no problem for Advanced Web Ranking which allows you to have a custom profile for each user, along with authentication, rights management and audit.
Triggers
Sometimes it is hard to see what was changed in each and every project. With this feature, you can define special conditions (filters) which will trigger a special report that will be sent to your email address, so you know you need to do something about it.

You can export all the data that is gathered by AWR to an XML or CSV file. This allows you to use your in-house tools for custom reporting.

Proxy per project
This feature allows you to assign a proxy server to each project. This is useful when you have customers in other regions of the globe than your current location, and you wish to gather the same information that they see in their browser from their location.
